I was just diagnosed with chronic asthma. I was put on Singulair. It's a pill that I have to take once a day (before I go to bed). I have to go back in 3 weeks to get an inhaler and to see if this pill is helping at all. It kinda sucks to know that for a while at least, I have to watch what I'm doing. Even the simple task of walking up a flight of stairs leaves me winded. I dunno...this just...sucks.

awe that sucks!!!! asthma is worse than some people may think, cause my cousin has it and he has the lungs of an 80 year old man, hope everthing works out for you.

This past Friday, I went to the doctor again. She put me on Advair. It's this inhaled powder that I have to do twice a day. And it tastes gross. But it helps my breathing a LOT. And I also now have an inhaler for emergencies. That's always a good thing.
